About Us

Who We Are

Yafast Job Links & Travel Services sits between the person looking for their next opportunity and everything that stands between them and it — the job listing, the contract, the visa, the flight. We match candidates to genuine, verified openings, then manage every document and travel detail that gets them from home to their first day of work.

What began as informal help for friends and family preparing to travel for work has grown into a full placement and travel service, but the approach has not changed. We walk with every client from their first enquiry to the moment they land — and stay reachable long after that.

We work with candidates across hospitality, domestic and care work, construction, and general labour, connecting them to employers whose contracts we have checked ourselves.

From the first enquiry to the worker's arrival at your door — here is exactly how Yafast handles recruitment, end to end.

Employer Submits a Staffing Request

You fill in our staffing request form specifying the job role, number of workers needed, contract duration, salary range, and any specific requirements. Our team reviews it within 24 hours.

Sourcing & Shortlisting in Malawi

Our Malawi-based team sources candidates from our pool of registered applicants. We shortlist based on your requirements — age, experience, language, and position — and conduct initial interviews.

Screening & Verification

Every candidate undergoes background checks, police clearance, medical fitness screening, and skills verification before they are presented to you. We share full candidate profiles including photos and interview notes.

Employer Selects Candidates

You review the shortlisted profiles and select your preferred candidates. Video interview arrangements can be made upon request. Once confirmed, we proceed to contract and visa processing.

Visa & Document Processing

We handle all paperwork on the Malawi side — passport, police clearance, medical reports, and attestation. The employer handles the UAE employment visa. We coordinate both sides to ensure a smooth handover.

Travel & Deployment

We arrange the worker's flight from Malawi to the UAE (or destination country). Workers are briefed on their contract terms, employer expectations, and rights before departure. The employer or agency receives them on arrival.
